Private Party Arrangements

• Have Cash or Check ready to deliver to Paintball Station; $100 to reserve field required (at least 2 days prior to event)
• Rental Guns & walk-on's pay standard fees
• Calculate Equipment needs (Gun rentals, Safety equipment, Paint, Etc.)
• If more than 15 Gun Rentals needed , each additional Gun requires a $20 deposit
  You will rent the number of guns you reserve!
• Have your Time(s) & Date(s) chosen
• Have Waivers printed out and filled out completely for each party member
• Decide if You will Welcome others outside of your party to play or not (if yes, game may be posted on this Web Site)
• Contact Paintball Station and Finalize Arrangement
• Once Reservation is Finalized refunds will be only in the form of Field Credit

Tips for Organizing a Successful Paintball Party

1. Have the Party Organizer secure a Deposit ($20 dollars or so) from each party member to Insure that persons attendance (Let's face it you need warm bodies!). This is the #1 Tip!


2. Have your Guests visit the FAQ's page.


3. Watch the weather forecast and reschedule if weather looks rainy.
